From what I can tell Live Search Club seems to be completely outsourced to another company...or at least all the prize issuing and customer service are. Unfortunately, the customer service is about as bad as it gets. I wouldn't hold your breath expecting replies. Most of the time the messed up games seem to get fixed with no comment about them.

I'd just move on to another game for a while and keep checking back every so often to see if that one puzzle gets fixed.

In fact, it happened again with another shuffle. I wonder if Microsoft monitors this chat room so they can fix the problem. I wrote them a while back to tell them about it but, NADA!

Yeah...most likely a bugged puzzle. I know Dingbats and at least one other game had some glitched puzzles that wouldn't allow you to beat them and move on.

Update on my problem. It probably isn't me but this particular puzzle. I believe the correct answer is willy pep. Everytime I "hit" the scrambler more and more "ur" s appear until, eventually, all the letters are "ur"s.

I've reached a problem in my star shuffle. The clue is Guliermo Papaleo. I've unscrambled the clue words (elude, feather, and weight) the solution is:
IL??E???. The missing letters are strange: W, P, ur, ur, ur. The three ur groups are treated as a single letter.

Any solutions?
