Unfortunately, the customer service is about as bad as it gets. I wouldn't hold your breath expecting replies. Most of the time the messed up games seem to get fixed with no comment about them. I'd just move on to another game for a while and keep checking back every so often to see if that one puzzle gets fixed. It probably isn't me but this particular puzzle. I believe the correct answer is willy pep. Everytime I "hit" the scrambler more and more "ur" s appear until, eventually, all the letters are "ur"s.
